Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, management, training, and sales functions.
- Drive productivity and compliance with company policies.
- Create a positive work environment that encourages high levels of store morale.
- Coach, teach, and train sales associates for effective job performance.
- Partner with the Store Manager to identify high-performing sales associates and assist in their growth.
- May assist in the hiring process for sales associates by participating in interviews and providing feedback to the Store Manager.
- Support the Store Manager's analysis of the business and help to execute and communicate clear action plans to optimize results.
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations.

- Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner, sharing information on products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer complaints, determining the source of issues and taking initiative to identify and resolve them.
- Act as the customer experience leader, accountable for results of the customer experience and creating action plans to improve performance.
- Create a positive in-store experience through visual standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant job experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Meets physical requirements.
- Critical skills and attributes include previous retail experience, proven ability to drive sales results, strong communication skills, and minimum of two years of relevant experience.
