The Phoenix Group is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to enhance our legal team.
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence for three days a week, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with a group of five paralegals to provide essential support to our attorneys.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in trial preparation, particularly in the areas of Intellectual Property, Commercial, or Class Action Litigation.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting with cases from initial intake through to trial or settlement.
- Gathering, reviewing, and producing relevant documentation.
- Engaging in e-Discovery processes.
- Preparing necessary court filings.
- Ensuring compliance with Bluebook citation standards.
- Compiling exhibits and appendices.
- Organizing witness files, exhibits, notices, subpoenas, and other related materials.
- Conducting thorough legal research.
- Arranging and attending trials as required.
Our preferred candidate will have:
- A completed Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of two years of paralegal experience.
- A strong desire to advance their career in the paralegal field.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
This role offers a competitive base salary, eligibility for overtime, and a discretionary annual bonus.
