Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee personal lines insurance accounts while delivering outstanding client service.
- Evaluate and suggest insurance coverage alternatives, generate quotes, and assist with claims management.

- Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance is required.
- Possession of an active state insurance license (Property & Casualty).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

- A willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC) is a plus.
