We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Cross Country Allied. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes using magnetic resonance imaging.

Job Summary

This is a travel job opportunity that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will be responsible for preparing patients for MRIs, operating MRI technology, processing MRIs for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take medical images of patients using magnetic resonance imaging
  • Prepare patients for MRIs, including positioning and instructing them on the procedure
  • Operate MRI technology, ensuring accurate and high-quality images
  • Process MRIs for radiologists and physicians, including analyzing images and reporting findings
  • Handle patient records, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
