Job Summary

The Clinical Support Associate plays a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support to the clinical team at Henry Ford Health System. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients, visitors, and new admissions
  • Answers general inquiries and schedules patients for appointments
  • Performs general clerical duties, including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution
  • Creates various reports and documents as assigned
  • Assists with meeting patient needs and escalates as appropriate

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
  • Preferred use of administrative skills in a hospital setting

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
