Job DescriptionThis role requires strong technical leadership skills, with a focus on defining architectures, conducting feasibility studies, and managing costs while meeting aggressive customer development schedules. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, System Engineering, Program Management, and Design Enablement, to deliver unparalleled products and rapid response to customer needs.
- Lead multiple module designs in development for major customers, ensuring program development stays on track with leading performance.
- Conduct detailed architecture, floor planning, cost estimation, schedule estimation, specification negotiation, resource estimation, and risk assessment for new product development programs.
- Drive design methodology improvements, adherence to best practices, and overall compliance with the Product Realisation Process.
- Ensure new team members are properly trained and mentored, and that all team members reach their full potential.
- Collaborate closely with product leads to ensure they have the necessary resources to meet critical goals.
The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Relevant technical and leadership experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Experience in Front End or Module level development.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working across boundaries.
