Buffalo Wild Wings Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Transaction Handling: Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, make change, and process transactions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
