As a Utility Line Tree Trimmer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including pruning treetops and limbs, trimming or removal of at-risk/damaged trees, and removing broken limbs from wires, roofs, etc. You will also be expected to prepare, operate, and maintain all tools and equipment, including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year's experience working as a Trimmer/Climber, with knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and correct arboriculture techniques. You will also need experience in tree climbing, knot tying, and PPE. Additionally, you will need to be able to perform physical labor, such as lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. to shoulder height or more, and be capable of operating two-handed equipment. A valid driver's license is also required.
