Primary Duties:

  • Provides welcoming customer service, demonstrating care and patience.
  • Greets customers with warmth and remembers their names.
  • Responds to calls promptly, takes orders, and assists customers effectively.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Follows company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Punctuality for scheduled shifts is expected.

Secondary Duties:

  • Assists in various store areas as required.
  • Completes special assignments and tasks as directed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to follow instructions and manage basic variables.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret written instructions.
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to learn and follow directions.

Education and Experience:

  • No specific educational qualifications required.
  • Up to six months of relevant experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of performing moderate physical tasks.
  • Visual acuity, depth perception, and ability to engage in various physical activities.

Working Environment:

Exposure to noise, cleaning agents, and varying temperatures.

Equipment Utilized:

Standard kitchen tools and equipment, including dishwashers, trash compactors, mops, and more.

Interactions:

Regular engagement with customers and occasional interactions with regulatory bodies.
