Job DescriptionOverview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Waxing the City of Alexandria. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cerologists to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Local Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth, including social media management and community outreach.
  • Staff Recruitment, Hiring, Management, Development, and Retention: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Cerologists to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Studio Upkeep: Ensure the studio is maintained to the highest standards, including cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • P&L Management: Manage the financial performance of the studio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • System Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and retention of the Club Orange loyalty program and system-wide promotions.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree or equivalent
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to motivate a team to deliver a superior client experience
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
  • Detail Oriented
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years business and staff management
  • 2 years beauty industry/salon experience
