We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team at Country Meadows. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by managing medications and providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and efficient manner
- Engage with residents, building relationships and providing emotional support
- Manage medication carts and ensure up-to-date supplies
- Prior direct-care experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Respect for patient rights and confidentiality
- Ability to understand and speak English at a level that allows safe and efficient performance of the job
