  • Manage vehicle returns process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Provide customers with an invoice and explain their charges clearly
  • Resolve customer issues professionally using effective customer service techniques
  • Inspect vehicles and record any new damage or major cleaning requirements
  • Check fuel level and mileage and explain final charges to customers
