About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Buddys Home Furnishing. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately stocked and that merchandise is priced correctly.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile daily transactions, manage cash assets, and prepare financial reports to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Marketing and Sales Programs: Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in sales, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in POS systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular interaction with customers, employees, and management. The role requires the ability to work in a variety of climates and weather conditions, as well as the ability to lift, load, and move merchandise up to 300lbs.
