Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the development of our new Operations Data Platform. Your leadership will be crucial in defining clear objectives, crafting detailed roadmaps, evaluating complexities and risks, and collaborating with highly skilled technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions with agility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement the new Operations Data Platform.
  • Facilitate planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, and retrospective discussions.
  • Assist engineering teams in estimating and prioritizing tasks to ensure a realistic project timeline.
  • Manage multiple data onboarding projects and reporting initiatives simultaneously.
  • Define project scope, establish success criteria, manage risks, and outline resource needs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Oversee the requirements and development of business use cases for the new platform.
  • Regularly communicate expectations with partners, steering committees, and team members, providing updates and key decisions regarding project scope.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and various organizational levels to maintain project momentum.
  • Deliver consistent communications to leadership and operational stakeholders to set and manage expectations.
  • Participate in data governance activities and framework development to uphold best data practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively within a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Lucidchart.
  • Experience in developing data governance models is a plus.

Compensation: The potential compensation for this role is determined by local labor costs, as well as the candidate's job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. The expected base pay for this position ranges from [$70,000] to [$135,000]. This role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including comprehensive medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and various leave options, along with potential incentive or variable compensation.
