Job Description

The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at Fast Pace Health is a pivotal role that combines clinical expertise with community engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Utilizing telehealth to enhance patient care and accessibility in rural areas
  • Maintaining strong relationships with patients, employees, and management while adhering to company core values
  • Performing therapeutic procedures, analyzing patient data, and developing appropriate diagnoses

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing, with a focus on family medicine or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as urgent care or occupational medical facilities
  • Strong clinical skills, including diagnostic testing and prescribing medications
