Position Overview

The Public Area Attendant at Matti Realty Group plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel’s shared spaces. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and all public areas in accordance with established standards.
  • Perform vacuuming and sweeping tasks in the lobby area.
  • Oversee the maintenance of carpet and surface areas.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the hotel driveway.
  • Dust and clean all fixtures within the hotel lobby, public areas, and offices.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest elevators.
  • Ensure public restrooms and fitness centers are kept clean and tidy.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of Executive Offices.
  • Adhere to uniform guidelines and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $13 to $15.50.
