Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all members and guests receive a warm welcome and are addressed by name.
- Answer telephones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate areas.
- Be knowledgeable of club policies, programs, and events.
- Connect members to other members through ongoing contact and promotion of club activities.
- Provide personalized service to members, including towel and water service while exercising.
- Promote facility amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
- Perform close of business functions and ensure daily assignments are completed.
- Assist fellow employees, members, and guests to ensure delivery of excellent service.
- Notify supervisors of member/guest complaints and rectify issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED required.
