We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our plant operations at Lignetics Inc. This role will work closely with the Plant Manager and other teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Shipping and Logistics
- Print and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and picking slips
- Reconcile BOLs and perform shipping functions in Sage
- Communicate with the Accounts Receivable department for invoicing
- Sign trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments
- Daily Reporting and Data Management
- Assist in generating weekly production schedules and recording actual production
- Coordinate customer order fulfillment with warehouse and packaging personnel
- Review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory
- Inventory Management and Cycle Counts
- Support the finance department with physical inventory and month-end close procedures
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and safety program
- Update daily reports as assigned
- Manage postal mail and daily package distribution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing office and accounting preferred
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Sage experience a plus
