Door-to-Dumpster Waste Collector

**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Door-to-Dumpster Waste Collector. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Service each door of the community, visually inspecting for bagged trash, recycling, and broken down cardboard left out by residents.
2. Use on-site equipment to bring waste to on-site dumpsters.
3. Ensure that recyclables are properly sorted and disposed of.
4. Document findings and upload photos into our app.
5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Work Environment:

This role involves working in various weather conditions and is physical in nature, requiring the ability to lift and transport heavy objects.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle in Utah.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
