Job Title: Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in their homes and community.

About the Role:
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, such as shopping, budgeting, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
  • Build relationships with individuals by teaching functional skills and promoting independence.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year prior professional experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • PASS PA Criminal Background Check

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
