Job Summary

Tender Heart Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate PCA/CNA to join our Overnight Team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our memory care residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as directed in the resident's Medication Administration Record (MAR)
  • Conduct regular safety checks to ensure the well-being of our residents
  • Perform scheduled laundry and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Assist with resident care for memory care residents, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a PCA/CNA
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule, including at least one weekend night per week
  • Scheduled hours are 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, with opportunities for overtime
  • Multiple benefits and bonus opportunities available
