Women's Services Neonatal ICU Night Nurse Professional

As a Registered Nurse in our Women's Services unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to your base compensation, you can also expect to receive a range of benefits, including:
- A commitment-incentive bonus of $20,000

Your primary responsibilities as a Registered Nurse in our Women's Services unit will include:
- Utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention to deliver exceptional patient care
- Serving as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys every day
- Leveraging your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- One or more years of recent L & D, Postpartum & Newborn Nursery experience preferred
You will also be required to have:
- American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Successful completion of Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 90 days after hire date
- Current S.T.A.B.L.E certification or obtained after 6 months of nursery experience but prior to completing 12 months of nursery experience
