Job Summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements from customers and develop custom SharePoint solutions

Build and test SharePoint solutions to ensure they are error-free and meet customer requirements

Identify and analyze problems with SharePoint and develop solutions to correct them

Support the use of SharePoint by creating accounts, modifying configuration files, and performing other tasks as needed

Analyze SharePoint for performance and usage issues and develop configuration changes to improve performance

Assess applications using SharePoint for impacts due to COTS upgrades and develop plans to implement upgrades

Research, architect, produce, and deliver enhancements for corporate applications and collaborative web services

Provide solutions to address newly discovered service shortcomings or emerging collaboration requirements for mission-critical customers

Requirements

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Bachelor's degree in an IT field and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering

Ten (10) years of software development experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree

At least four (4) years of experience with SharePoint

Extensive knowledge of C#

Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM

Desired Skills

Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, and .NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services

Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML

Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous or highly complex concepts to all audiences

Ability to understand the big picture and align the day-to-day activities to support that picture
