Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide a positive experience and ensure their satisfaction with repair services
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship, using advanced techniques and tools
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested, to ensure optimal performance and condition
- Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in repairing guitars, with a strong understanding of instrument maintenance and repair principles
- Familiarity with Guitar Center products, including knowledge of various guitar models and technical specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products, with a focus on guitars and related accessories
