Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based nursing practices to provide safe and excellent patient-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications safely and efficiently using the latest clinical documentation technology.
- Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient plans of care and goals from admission to discharge.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- At least one year working in an outpatient setting, preferably in an outpatient primary care or specialty office setting as an RN.
- Ability to confidently administer vaccines to pediatric patients.
- Ability to demonstrate rapid assessment skills for a wide range of adult conditions and provide care coordination to a variety of patient populations.
