Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focused: Determine customer needs and discuss vehicle options to meet their requirements.
  • Test Drive and Demonstration: Take customers on a test drive and demonstrate automotive features.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Quote and Transaction Processing: Complete quotes, process transaction paperwork, and run credit applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow up efforts.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrival.
