Job Overview

Pacifica Senior Living Bonita is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and organized to meet cleanliness standards within designated timeframes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
  • Develop daily task lists and accurately document serviced rooms.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in optimal condition.
  • Report any shortages, damages, or security concerns promptly.
  • Address reasonable guest complaints and requests, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels of all cleaning and laundry supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, following company policies and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain an efficient work pace in accordance with workload demands.
  • Complete scheduled tasks while ensuring regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Operate commercial laundry machines and other cleaning equipment relevant to the role.
  • Prepare laundry and cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
  • Keep the laundry area clean and organize chemicals appropriately.
  • Fold linens and residents' clothing items.
  • Change bedding for residents as needed.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and resident rooms and bathrooms.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining self-motivated.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective prioritization and time management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on speed and attention to detail.

Work Hours:

  • 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
