Building Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Building Supervisor to join our team at Old School Builders Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of our custom homes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of construction professionals to build custom homes
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
