Cultivation Groundskeeper

The Mint Cannabis is seeking a skilled Cultivation Groundskeeper to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor areas of our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our plants to thrive.

• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
• Access Control: Implement security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary.
• Enforcement: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Required: Must be 21 years of age, consent to a criminal background check, and have a valid ID.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in security.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time and walk/stand during the duration of your shift.
