We are seeking a skilled Truss Builder to join our team at HireQuest Direct in Brooklyn Park.
Job Summary
As a Truss Builder, you will be responsible for designing and building trusses using wood and metal. Your duties will include assembling pre-cut wood or metal pieces into triangular structures, reinforcing connecting joints with metal plates, and ensuring the structure's accuracy and stability.
Responsibilities
\t- Assemble pre-cut wood or metal pieces into triangular structures
\t - Reinforce connecting joints with metal plates
\t - Measure and ensure the structure's accuracy and stability
\t - Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
\t - Meet project deadlines and quality standards
\t - Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
\t - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
\t - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
\t- Ability to stand, walk, and crouch for 9-10 hours a day
\t - Must have a hammer, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel toe boots
\t - Previous experience preferred but not required
\t - Ability to work in a team environment
\t - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
\t - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
\t - High school diploma or equivalent required
\t - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
\t - Ability to pass a background check
\
