Job Title: Service Valet Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Valet Porter to join our team at Northside Lexus. As a Service Valet Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers on the Service Drive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assess customer vehicles and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicle, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Responsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrieval, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safely and securely stored.
  • Support the Lexus Advisor team in meeting the needs of the customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers' needs are met.
  • Perform quality inspections on loaner cars, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are in excellent condition.
  • Perform custodial duties as assigned, such as stocking the lobby with customer beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers' needs are met.
  • Ability to communicate in English, with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, with a strong focus on safety and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers' needs are met.
