Role Overview:

As an Intensive Care Unit Nurse with our partner hospitals, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, utilizing your expertise and compassion to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing
Requirements:
  • Active registered nurse license in the state of Illinois
  • Associate's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited institution
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $61,300 to $101,000 per year, depending on experience
