Hopbridge is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical leadership team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing program oversight, conducting behavioral and skills assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans. You will also provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and RBT Fellows, and ensure that supervision hours meet the requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Responsibilities- Provide program oversight for patients, including conducting behavioral and skills assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and/or functional analyses, and create behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and RBT Fellows, and ensure that supervision hours meet the requirements of the BACB.
- Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the lifecycle of the patient.
- Complete regularly scheduled parent trainings and identify touchpoints throughout the patient's experience at Hopbridge to meet with parents/caregivers to review progress and collaborate on development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona.
- Must have active LBA to provide services in Arizona.
- At least two years certification with the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Certified and maintain credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA in good standing.
- Holds and maintains applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs in good standing.
- Meets BACB supervision requirements.
- Total Compensation: $77,000- $118,500, including base salary and annual bonuses.
