POSITION SUMMARY: The Grounds Maintenance role involves performing various physical tasks that require minimal specialized skills or prior experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Raking and removing leaves.
- Mowing grass and maintaining lawns.
- Edging and trimming around landscaped areas.
- Assisting with general landscaping tasks such as weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting.
- Collecting litter and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensuring all landscaping and maintenance tasks meet established standards.
- Adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitoring and maintaining job-related supplies and equipment.
- Collaborating with supervisors to address landscaping concerns.
- Executing all necessary landscaping duties as required.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain government security clearance.
- Valid State Driver's License with a minimum of one year of holding the license.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
