POSITION SUMMARY: The Grounds Maintenance role involves performing various physical tasks that require minimal specialized skills or prior experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Raking and removing leaves.
  • Mowing grass and maintaining lawns.
  • Edging and trimming around landscaped areas.
  • Assisting with general landscaping tasks such as weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting.
  • Collecting litter and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ensuring all landscaping and maintenance tasks meet established standards.
  • Adhering to safety protocols.
  • Monitoring and maintaining job-related supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborating with supervisors to address landscaping concerns.
  • Executing all necessary landscaping duties as required.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance.
  • Valid State Driver's License with a minimum of one year of holding the license.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
