Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team at Emerald Blue / Omni Workspace. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of office furniture for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Unpack, install, and move commercial furniture according to client expectations
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and efficient installation, and addressing any client concerns or issues
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team to coordinate projects, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving our goals
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety protocols and ensuring high-quality installation work
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office furniture installation, customer service, or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and physical stamina to lift and move furniture
