  • Provide exceptional customer service, presenting yourself in a warm and receptive manner to patients, families, and visitors.
  • Assist with surgical patient positioning, transfer, cast application, and removal under the direction of the RN.
  • Retrieve and deliver items to other departments, responding promptly to assignments and requests.
  • Support nursing staff in maintaining high standards of nursing practice, facilitating a prompt response to patient needs.
  • Restock supplies, clean equipment, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure patient transfer and transport equipment is functioning properly.
  • Function as a surgical team member, demonstrating competence and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
