Job Summary

The Night Auditor position at Suburban Inns is a dynamic role that requires strong sales techniques and excellent guest service skills. As a key member of the front desk team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and positive manner
  • Consult with 2nd shift team members to discuss evening occurrences
  • Run night audit reports and follow shift checklists to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Assist with closing the pool and investigate out-of-balance situations
  • Prepare Express Checkouts and complete the DOR (Daily Operations Report)
  • Maintain a neat and clean workspace and perform property walk-arounds as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR training (may be completed upon hire)
  • Ability to interpret and extract information, perform arithmetic functions, and type

Work Schedule: Regularly requires or varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and/or weekend assignments, according to business demands and needs.
