Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Labor and Delivery nurse. This is a travel nursing opportunity that requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in Labor and Delivery to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their families. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care to expectant mothers and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits:

Our pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. You will receive a tax-free stipend to help with housing expenses. Our pay rate per hour is $33, and our weekly housing stipend is $770. We offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
