Job Summary

Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses to identify underlying causes of client behavior.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide training and supervision to support staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, special education, or a related human services field.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
