About the Role:
  • Provide personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
  • Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to promote mental well-being.
  • Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
  • Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to residents and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Transport assigned residents to and from dining areas, feeding or assisting as needed.
  • Make frequent rounds to check on residents, supervising nurse's aides to ensure they are providing adequate care.
  • Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary, following up to ensure correction of any problems found.
