We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in a full-time evening shift role at St. Peter's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Albany, NY.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications with attention to detail
- Monitor vital signs and coordinate care for residents
- Use knowledge of each resident to notice changes and alert RNs, NPs, and Physicians
- NYS LPN License
- Ability to work rotating weekends and eligible for shift differential
- Benefit eligible as of Day 1
