Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to participants and their families.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements
  • R.N. licensure and B.S.N. degree required.
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $104,109.23 - $116,309.23 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
