We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at the Country Kitchen. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in the restaurant and providing them with excellent service to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and seat them at their tables
• Maintain accurate knowledge of restaurant layout, menu, and specials
• Answer guest inquiries about the menu and restaurant services
• Provide exceptional service to guests to ensure a positive dining experience
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant's hostess area
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented attitude and a welcoming demeanor
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during busy and high-pressure situations
