    • Supervising pharmacy technicians and ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Cross-covering various pharmacy practice areas as needed.
  • Financial Management:
    Promote cost-effective medication use by:
    • Converting non-formulary orders to formulary drugs when appropriate.
    • Managing medication inventory and conducting drug usage evaluations.
  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
    Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Education and Research:
    Participate in training programs and precept pharmacy students, contributing to the education of future pharmacists.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) with relevant experience.
  • Licensure with the appropriate state board of pharmacy.
  • Preferred: ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice.
