Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including those with temporary or chronic respiratory issues.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to determine respiratory conditions and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Certification from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods, with the stamina to perform physical tasks as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion, to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension, to ensure clear and concise communication with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities to address complex respiratory care situations.
