We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Friday-only position.

Job Summary:

As a RN or LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team to assess the continuing needs of patients, perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, and develop effective care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the practice of professional nursing in accordance with Agency policy and standards of practice.
  • Consistently demonstrate competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice.
  • Communicate effectively and in accordance with Agency requirements.
  • Assess the continuing needs of patients and perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
  • Participate with a team of RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides to provide effective and quality home care services.
  • Promote personal safety and a safe environment for patients and coworkers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse.

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
