Medical Collector

At Synectics Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Collector to join our team. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.

• Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection.
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing by labeling and packaging them correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and specimen collection.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training or certification preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
