AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to work with our patients in Redding, Anderson, and Centerville. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid license, registration, certification, or permit to practice in the states of agency operation.
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
