The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific care.

Position Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for delivering primary and urgent care services to residents in nursing centers, working in conjunction with other medical professionals within the facility.

This role is essential in supporting AlignMed Partners' mission to enhance the lives we impact through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.


Qualifications


The Physician Assistant must have graduated from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and successfully completed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to utilize the PAC designation. PA state licensure and NCCPA certification are mandatory.
While a minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations is preferred, candidates with less experience are still encouraged to apply.

In states where practice regulations permit, the PA must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state in which they practice.
