Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the inventory of parts and accessories for recreational vehicles, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery to customers.
  • Supervise a team of parts specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve parts inventory management, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure that customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including service histories, repair orders, and warranty information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in automotive or RV repair is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, automotive/RV service, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of RV systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
